Pario grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules and these terms.
You may not:
The App is licensed, not sold. Pario retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.
The App may integrate with third-party services (Supabase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PARIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PARIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.
This EULA is between you and Pario only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services. In the event of any failure of the App, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
