By downloading, installing, or using Pario ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Pario is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to record income, expenses, manage subscriptions, set budgets, and view financial analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
The App, its design, features, and content are owned by Pario and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Pario is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or analytics derived from user-entered data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on information displayed in the App.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
